Craig has a busy personal injury practice.

He is primarily instructed in high value RTA claims, involving complex issues including automatism, brain injury and functional disorders. He has substantial experience of stress at work claims, including a successful defence in a 5-week Court of Session proof.

Craig completed a 3-year appointment as an Advocate Depute in July 2024. He prosecuted charges of murder, serious organised crime and serious sexual offences. He specialised in health and safety prosecutions, in particular those with a maritime element.

Craig appeared as junior counsel in the Supreme Court in a case concerning employers’ liability insurance.

Craig appeared as sole counsel in a civil jury trial in the Court of Session.

Craig has experience of a number of complex product liability cases, including those arising from the pharmaceuticals Vioxx and Celebrex, PIP silicone implants, surgical mesh products and other medical devices.

Craig is regularly instructed in clinical negligence actions and commercial disputes. He is registered as a lawyer in the Dubai International Financial Centre courts.

Craig also practices at 12 KBW, a specialist personal injury chambers, in London. He has appeared in trials in the High Court, County Court and at inquests.
