Malcolm is experienced in a wide range of civil litigation. Recently, Malcolm has advised a US Asbestos Trust in respect of claims made in the US by UK claimants. He recently represented the defenders in the first asbestos related action to be determined by a jury.
In addition to his busy personal injury practice, Malcolm has extensive experience in clinical negligence where he primarily acts on behalf of medical professionals.
