Richard Templeton Joins Compass Chambers
We are delighted to welcome Richard Templeton as our newest member after he called to the Bar in a ceremony at Parliament House today.
Before calling to the Bar, Richard practised in reparation for 11 years at Clyde & Co. He has experience of high value and complex claims, primarily involving serious life-changing injuries and fatalities.
Richard has a breadth of expertise across the personal injury sector. He has acted in disputes in the fields of employers’ liability, occupiers’ liability, road traffic accidents, occupational disease, and aviation. He has experience of accidents abroad and foreign claims including jurisdictional issues. He has represented the MIB. He has also advised on insurance coverage and policy response.
