Court of Session rejects claim for breach of EU law in employment case.
Lord Tyre has dismissed a petition for judicial review of the lack of jurisdiction of employment tribunals to grant interim remedies. He has held that the sheriff court has jurisdiction to grant interim protective measures even if there is already an application being heard by the ET.
