Nicola Steven Watt or Murray & Others v Lend Lease Construction Ltd [2023] CSIH 19
The Inner House refused the reclaiming motion of the pursuers where the defenders had successfully established in evidence that low level exposure to asbestos dust prior to 1965 did not give rise to a foreseeable risk of injury.
