Further Coronavirus Update
The Coronavirus outbreak continues to have a significant and developing impact on our court system and practices. SCT has issued updated advice about criminal and civil cases which can be accessed here.
In addition, ASSPIC has issued its own guidance note intended to inform practitioners about practical arrangements that it will operate until further notice. A copy of this is attached below.
