Determination Published Re Clutha Fatal Accident Inquiry
The determination of Sheriff Principal Craig Turnbull has been published today following the Clutha Fatal Accident Inquiry. Peter Gray QC, Claire Mitchell QC, Gordon Lamont, Gavin Anderson, Barry Smith, Emma Toner and David Adams from Compass Chambers were all instructed in the Inquiry.
