Clare Connelly Gives Evidence to Justice Committee on Brexit, Policing and Criminal Justice

Clare Connelly of Compass Chambers gave evidence on behalf of the Faculty of Advocates yesterday to the Justice Committee at the Scottish Parliament on Brexit and Policing and Criminal Justice. The round table discussed the impact of Brexit on policing and criminal justice in Scotland considering Europol, Eurojust, the operation of the  European Arrest Warrant and the role of the CJEU.
