ASSPIC Guidance Update
The All Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court has issued updated guidance in respect of the conduct of proceedings. From 1st September 2022, the default position is that proofs and debates in ASPIC will proceed in-person unless the Court otherwise directs. Procedural hearings will continue to proceed on a remote basis using WebEx.
