Louis Moll

Year of Call 2006        

Louis, is an experienced, skilled and effective advocate.

He called  to the English bar in 1998 and built a substantial and well respected defence-driven criminal practice. He also conducted cases on behalf of the CPS, HMRC, SFO and FSA. He has appeared in the Crown Courts of the South-Eastern Circuit, the Old Bailey, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.

In 2005 he undertook a 4 month placement in Jamaice assisting in first instance and appellate capital murder cases.

In 2006, he called to the Scottish Bar and quickly established a well regarded mixed practice (criminal, personal injury, professional negligence, JR). Louis remains dual qualified.

He remains available for Instruction on request.
