Kenny specialises in personal injury law and has a wide range of experience in most aspects of personal injury work including road traffic accidents, workplace accidents, industrial disease claims, workplace stress and harassment claims and clinical negligence claims.

He has represented many of the victims of asbestos exposure. In recent years he has been involved in a number of cases concerning catastrophic injury including cases of brain and spinal injury.

Before becoming an advocate he was a solicitor with Thompsons for a number of years. He has appeared for pursuers in both the Inner and Outer Houses of the Court of Session and has also been instructed to appear on their behalf in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland. He receives instructions from many of the leading pursuers’ personal injury solicitors in Scotland.
