Members of chambers are regularly involved in consideration of policy liability relating to other work in chambers, such as personal injury work and other reparation claims. We offer early advice to clients on whether and in what circumstances they may be on risk, or on whether they have cover under policies.
Instructions can be undertaken under the Faculty of Advocates Direct Access Rules to provide a fast and cost effective method of obtaining legal advice.
