PRACTICE:

Craig has significant experience in a number of areas of civil litigation. Before coming to the Bar, he was a solicitor in Dundee for twelve years, with the last four spent as a litigation partner with Messrs Blackadders. His principal fields of practice include:-

  • Personal Injury
  • Medical Negligence
  • Commercial and Contract Litigation
  • Insolvency

Since calling, Craig has built on his experience as a solicitor, where he specialised in general reparation and commercial litigation. He has developed a practice in personal injury law and medical negligence and regularly appears in the Court of Session and the Sheriff Court.

He is also regularly instructed in insolvency and commercial matters.

As part of his role as a tutor at Dundee, he has been involved in drafting course materials for the Diploma in Legal Practice.
