Contract and Commercial Litigation

Our advocates offer advice on all aspects of commercial and contractual disputes. From the interpretation of contractual terms to representation at arbitrations and in the commercial court, members of chambers are alert to the commercial and economic considerations of clients. As such, the chambers encourages the early involvement of members in providing advice. Members are willing to recommend and appear at mediation when appropriate.

The members believe that the self selection system employed by the chambers is ideally suited to large scale commercial disputes where the individual expertise and qualities of colleagues may be called upon.

Clients are actively encouraged to discuss and agree fee structures in advance of instructions thereby providing some level of certainty in relation to costs.
