PRACTICE:
Calum has a busy practice and is experienced in a wide variety of cases. He regularly appears in both the Court of Session and Sheriff Court. He came to the Bar as a respected solicitor, having trained and worked at Brodies, and then at McGrigor Donald. His principal fields of practice include:-
- Personal Injury
- Professional and Medical Negligence
- Property Litigation
- Commercial and Contract Litigation
- Intellectual Property Disputes
Calum has an extensive personal injury practice, including employers' liability, occupiers' liability, road traffic accidents and industrial disease cases. He acts on behalf of both pursuers and defenders.
Other areas of practice include professional negligence work (including experience of mediation in both solicitors' and architects negligence cases), property disputes, intellectual property, insolvency, diligence and general commercial and civil litigation.
